About Echo Seven

A small, deliberate firm built around accountability.

Echo Seven Endeavors LLC is a veteran-owned consulting and project-support business (veteran-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned status is self-stated and not a representation of formal federal certification approval). The firm was founded to provide organizations with straightforward, well-documented support in areas where clarity and follow-through matter more than volume.

Work is led directly by the Founder & Principal Consultant. There is no layer of account managers between the client and the person doing the work, and no attempt to present the firm as larger than it is. Where an engagement requires licensed trades, specialized technical testing, or additional capacity, that work is delivered through qualified, vetted partners under a clearly defined scope.

The approach is drawn from environments where planning quality, documentation, and honest status reporting have real consequences: define the requirement, assess the actual conditions, recommend what is defensible, and execute what was agreed.

Services

Core service areas

Every engagement is scoped to client requirements and to applicable licensing and certification constraints. Where a need falls outside what this firm can properly deliver, that is stated directly.

AI Governance & Responsible Adoption

Practical governance structures for organizations adopting AI: use-case intake and review, acceptable-use guidance, risk documentation, human-oversight expectations, and alignment with recognized frameworks such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.

Cybersecurity & GRC Readiness

Readiness support for organizations preparing for security requirements and reviews: control mapping, policy and procedure development, evidence organization, gap identification, and remediation planning. Advisory and preparation support — not accredited assessment or penetration testing.

Operational Readiness & Risk Management

Structured assessment of how work actually gets done: process documentation, single points of failure, continuity planning, exercise and drill design, and clear, prioritized corrective-action plans leadership can act on.

Physical Security & Emergency Management Support

Planning and coordination support for site security posture, access-control practices, incident response and notification procedures, and emergency preparedness documentation. Advisory and planning support; no licensed guard-force services are offered.

Federal Facilities & Project Coordination

On-the-ground coordination for facility and infrastructure efforts: requirement clarification, scheduling and site access coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation, and closeout support.

Program & Project Management

Scope definition, milestone and dependency tracking, risk and issue registers, status reporting, and follow-through so commitments are documented, visible, and actually closed.

Minor Construction & Installation Support

Coordination and oversight of small-scale construction and installation work, with licensed trade execution delivered through qualified, vetted partners in accordance with applicable licensing requirements.

Why Echo Seven

What clients can expect

Disciplined execution

Commitments are written down, tracked, and closed. Status is stated plainly, including when something is behind.

Evidence-based decision support

Recommendations are tied to documented conditions, requirements, and risk — not to assumptions or vendor preference.

Direct accountability

Engagements are led personally by the Founder & Principal Consultant. You work with the person doing the work.

Practical implementation

Deliverables are built to be used: usable documents, workable procedures, and prioritized actions sized to your resources.

Honest scoping

Work outside our lane is identified early and routed to qualified partners or declined. We do not overstate capability.

Clear communication

Concise written updates and documentation that hold up in reviews, audits, and leadership briefings.

Engagement approach

Discovery first, then a scope you can hold us to.

No engagement begins with a proposal. It begins with understanding the requirement well enough to know whether this firm is the right fit.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A no-cost initial conversation to understand the objective, constraints, timeline, and what a good outcome looks like.

  2. 02

    Assessment

Review of current documentation, processes, and requirements to establish an accurate baseline and identify real gaps.

  3. 03

    Scoped proposal

A written scope with defined deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, and any licensing or certification constraints stated up front.

  4. 04

    Execution

Focused delivery with regular written status, a maintained risk and issue log, and no surprises at the end.

  5. 05

    Handover

Documentation, evidence, and prioritized next steps transferred so your team can sustain the work independently.
